Funding Guidelines

To apply for any of BCAA's grants, fellowships, or awards, you must have lived in Boulder County for one year and have a current BCAA Membership.

When applying for funding, be sure to read the application guidelines carefully. Follow the instructions precisely and be sure to address the areas of focus stated on the application. 

Applications delivered in person must be received in the BCAA office on or before 5:00 p.m. on the appropriate date. Mailed applications must be postmarked no later than the deadline date.

Applications containing either non-requested materials or materials exceeding page limitations will not be processed.

We are available for one-on-one assistance to help you with your grant application. Be sure to plan ahead and schedule an appointment at least one to two weeks before the grant deadline. (During the week of the deadline, we will have very limited time available for appointments.)
