The Space
The beautiful arts space is a former Victorian-era schoolhouse which now hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including art shows, classes for adults and children, and meetings of all kinds.
The Center is also available for rental by members of the community. (Facility Rental Rates available here.) Please check availability and reservations here. For additional information regarding events or renting the facility, please call the Arts and Events Manager at 303.335.4581.

Requirements
All renters must return a signed rental agreement. The primary purpose of the space is for arts and cultural activities. Non-arts events may only be booked 120 days in advance.
Rules & Regulations
No food may be left overnight.
Renters are responsible for cleaning, putting away any chairs and tables that are used and leaving the condition in the same condition that it was found.
