This workshop is structured to not only define and refine the participants brand identity, but also to equip them with the lean management skills necessary to execute their business plans efficiently, ensuring their art remains true to their vision while being commercially successful.
Niko Kolibri, also known as Maureen Keating, has led digital consulting practices at HCL, developing products and marketing strategies for major companies like Google and Facebook. Her earlier roles include contributing to key projects at Adobe and Apple, such as launching Photoshop for iPad and introducing Apple Photos. Niko is an active photographer and writer, teaching in programs like San Francisco’s First Exposures and has been recognized as a top instructor by The Product School. Niko recently kicked off a literary events series in Boulder, is a founding partner in consulting firm Heron Collaborative and is launching two companies at Boulder Startup Week 2024.
