The BiTSY Stage presents " The Lass Who Went Out With The Cry Of Dawn : A Celtic Yarn" March 4 through April 2 at 1137 S. Huron St. Denver, CO 80223. Performances are Saturdays at 1 & 3p.m.; Sundays at 11a.m. & 1p.m.; Fridays March 10 & 31 at 7:30 p.m. with a special fundraiser performance Saturday, March 18 at 8:00 p.m.

Our season opener is a lively Celtic yarn that weaves us through a landscape filled with magic, mystery, and the reminder that as we thread our way through life, things are not always as they appear to be. You reap what you sew!

Director Patti Murtha has cast Ryan Barnett, Hannah Carmichael, Karin Carr, Jessica Hall, Katie Medved, Rekha Ohal, and Veronica Straight-Lingo.

The founders and artists behind The Betsy Stage introduce The BiTSY Stage.

Through the process of storytelling we can find commonality and community. We provide high quality, FREE theatrical productions for the whole family.  Our adaptations of international folktales celebrate the things we all have in common while exploring the differences that make our world so rich.

The Lass Who Went Out With The Cry Of Dawn is the fifth adaptation of international folktales presented by The Bitsy Stage.  The first, "The Stonemason's Wish: A Chinese Tale," opened in March of 2016 followed by "The Stone Coat Woman: An Iroquois Tale" in May, "The Fortune Teller's Fortune: A Tale from Nicaragua" in September and "Sadko's Song: A Russian Tale" in November.

TAppropriate for all ages.  Please note: there is no late seating for this show.
