Description
For kids! In English or Spanish! The Lafayette Youth Poetry Prize is open to youth (K – 8th grade) living in or attending school in Lafayette. The youth entries will be divided into three age categories, with a Spanish Language and English division at each age level. Cash prizes will be awarded at each level. Entries Due April 7, 2017
All styles, themes and lengths are welcome. High school students and adults are welcome to enter the Michael Adams Poetry Prize later this year.

The finalists at all youth levels will be invited to read at a public event at The Collective Community Arts Center located at 201 N. Public Road at 2pm on April 29, 2017.
