OPEN THEME | Portfolio ShowCase 11
Submit your photography portfolio! Each submitted portfolio is evaluated as a cohesive body of work. One artist will be selected to receive the $1,000 ShowCase Award and be offered a solo exhibition at C4FAP. Ten photographers will be chosen to have their twelve-image portfolios published in the Center’s annual Portfolio ShowCase publication. There will be an accompanying online exhibition with links to artist’s websites. In addition, two selected images from each artist will be exhibited at The Center for Fine Art Photography in the Portfolio ShowCase Group Exhibition. All capture types and photographic processes welcome.

ARTIST HONORS AND AWARDS
All selected artists’ work will be exhibited at our space and in the Online Exhibition complete with artist website links and have their work Included in the Portfolio ShowCase 11 publication. C4FAP also provides professional installation images, event Press Release and social media promotions with an audience of 180,000+ followers internationally. All artists and friends are welcome to celebrate the exhibition with us at the Reception.

ShowCase Award: One artist will be awarded $1000 and be offered a solo exhibition at the Center for Fine Art Photography.

Portfolio ShowCase Group Exhibition: Two selected images from each artist will be exhibited at The Center for Fine Art Photography in the Portfolio ShowCase Group Exhibition.

Portfolio ShowCase Publication: Selected artists' work will be published in the Portfolio ShowCase 10 annual publication

ARTIST IMMERSION SATURDAY
Exhibiting artists can opt to join us for Saturday morning individual portfolio reviews with our Executive Director. Saturday afternoon there is a private artist portfolio share where the artists are given the opportunity to discuss their work, receive feedback and professional development advice. Free for members, $40 for non-members.


JUROR | Cathy Kimball
Cathy Kimball is the Executive Director of the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, and is responsible for artistic programming. During her 17-year tenure at the ICA, she has implemented a number of new programs including “NextNew,” which focuses on emerging artists. Kimball came to the ICA from the San Jose Museum of Art where she served as Curator for four years.

SUBMISSION | ENTRY FEE
MEMBERS: $49 per portfolio (12 images). More than one portfolio submission can be purchased.
NON-MEMBERS: $59 per portfolio (12 images) More than one portfolio submission can be purchased.
Additional portfolios may be submitted. Applicants signing up for membership at the time they submit will receive the automatic discounted entry fee.

All images are securely submitted online via our website. To submit images visit our home page, create a free account or Login to your existing account to begin. Further instructions are available in the Calls for Entry Section of our website.

ABOUT THE CENTER FOR FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY
Founded in 2004 by photographers in Fort Collins, Colorado, The Center for Fine Art Photography is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) photography organization. We provide support to photographic artists through exhibition, online promotion, portfolio reviews, publication, education and connection to a large community of other artists, curators, gallery owners and photographic professionals. Eligibility: Our calls for entry are open to all photographers world wide, both amateur and professional. The Center invites photographers working in all mediums, styles and schools of thought to participate.
Exhibit Prints: In order to be included in the online gallery or to receive an award, you must provide a professionally printed and presented image for gallery exhibition. The Center recognizes that some work is non-traditional and the presentation type is integral to the work. Colorful frames must be pre-approved. To encourage participation by photographers from around the world, the Center offers optional, professional, printing and framing services. Additional details will be provided upon request.
Acceptance Notice: Everyone who submits will receive an email notification of which images were accepted. Accepted images will be posted on the Center’s website.
