Art on the Street Call for Artists

Art on the Street 2018 Sculpture artists wanted! Lafayette Cultural Resources is calling for sculpture submissions for the 2018 Art on the Street Sculpture Walk. Artists' submissions are due December 1, 2017.  This program provides artists nationwide the opportunity to showcase their work in this creative, diverse and eclectic community. Art on the Street is the largest sculpture on loan program in Boulder County. 20 works will be selected; artists will each receive a $750 honorarium for a each installation, with additional $100 for artists who live more than 250 miles away.  Sculpture must be available for one year, with installation the first week of April 2017. All sculptures are for sale in this year long, outdoor art display. Artworks on are eligible for the $1000 Jean Mellblom Award or the $250 People’s Choice Award.
