Want to write a movie? Join Chris Thomas, director of the BWS Summer Creative Writing Camp, for a special "how-to" scriptwriting workshop for kids age 9 to 13.
In this 1-day intensive, we'll talk about our favorite movies, watch film clips, invent bad guys and heroes and figure out how to save the day in our own original stories. Together, we'll learn how to write a "short"--a 5- to 10-minute film in scriptwriting format.
If you've ever imagined yourself behind the camera, this class is the perfect place to begin.
