Creativity Saturday Art Workshop - Color Theory - Hot & Cool Colors

One Saturday of every month, students gather at my studio
to study a creative  perspective through drawing with oil pastels. Whether you are drawing realistically or abstractly these workshops will help you develop your creative skill.

This workshop is for all levels of artistic expression from beginner to intermediate to professional artists.

Each month, we choose a different artistic perspective to investigate.  Some Saturdays we will concentrate on expanding our understanding of color theory, other months we will spend time fine tuning our composition elements and a few times a year we will look at traditional ways of learning to refine our creative expression.

You can pick and choose which workshop will help you expand your creative expression.

No art experience is necessary to enjoy this workshop.

There are two art sessions. One in the morning at 9:30 am.

Then we break for lunch together at a local restaurant, Blue Corn Tacos, and build community.

The second session begins after lunch until 3 pm.

At the end of the day you will have completed at least two oil pastel drawings.

COST: $80 for two art sessions and drawing paper

Boxes of Oil Pastels can be purchased for $10 or, bring your own oil pastels
