Clover Meadows Neighborhood Park is a 6.84-acre park located in southwest Longmont at 4850 Heatherhill Street. Surrounding neighborhoods include Somerset Meadows, Meadowview West, Tramonto, and North Star neighborhood.

The Clover Meadows Neighborhood Park is expected to include a nature-themed playground area, bike track/pump track, a picnic shelter, xeric garden area and orchard with fruit bearing trees, and several other amenities. A highly successful artwork project will be seamlessly incorporated into the park design. The selected artist will work directly with the Art in Public Places staff and the Parks team.

Neighborhood residents and other members of the community participated and provided feedback through public meetings to discuss park design concepts, public art themes and park name suggestions.

Construction is underway and highly successful project will be available to install in 2024/early 2025.

The Art in Public Places Commission in partnership with the Parks Department is requesting qualifications and professional samples of past public artworks to be considered for the project. From the RFQ, three finalists may be selected to present design concepts for this project.  Finalists will be paid an honorarium to develop and present their artwork design concepts. Artist and artist teams looking to participate should not submit proposals to this request for qualifications RFQ as those proposals will be removed from the selection process.
