SHADOW choreography

Printer-friendly version
Description

In this workshop series our shadows will see the light - not in a Jungian way but through choreography and informal sharing.

In community we will work with Medical QiGong, other eclectic triangulation practices, as well as with choreographic improvisational scores and tools to give expression to our shadows.

Face all of your own and ancestral layers with no judgement. Harvest wisdom of past experiences in the micro and macro landscape of space and time with trust in wholistic interconnection. Cultivate the intention of your timeless self with patient strength and loving nourishment.

Be witnessed in your authentic shadow. Emote and move stagnation into the flow of BEcoming.

April 20 @ 12-4pm     SOMATIC

Our bodies are conglomerates of generations and former embodiments.
Discover aspects of your unknown self and your ancestors within your tissues and find a performative expression for your interconnected, relational findings.

May 18 @ 12-4pm       THOUGHT FORMS

Our thoughts are products of our state of Being. Explore the freedom to shape your thoughts with shifting somatic patterns, perspectives and extraordinary thought experiments. With what performative elements can you communicate your epiphanies?

June 15 @ 12-4pm      SPIRITUAL ESSENCE

Our spiritual essence might be more fractured than we think. Even if not, it has to learn a lot in the realm of matter, space and time. What does it mean to be fully embodied as part of an ever evolving interconnected network of beings on planet Earth? We cultivate in a performative way - unconditional love and patience in every way, shape and form possible.
