Tall white mobile sculpture next to bike/walking path at Izaak Walton Park. Plaque in front of sculpture reads, "Gather enough people here to equal the weight of 200,000 butterflies or 50 infants to unfold the metal image of nature's rhythmic sails." Commissioned in 1999.
