Charlotte LaSasso

Charlotte LaSasso joined the Boulder County Arts Alliance staff as the Communications Assistant in February 2004 and was promoted to Communications Coordinator, Manager and finally Communications Director in January 2008. Her regular duties include processing memberships, grant and exhibit applications, writing and sending press releases, email and print newsletters; maintaining the website; updating program information; and assisting with other communications, marketing and programming activities. Recently Charlotte's responsibilities expanded to include oversight of the BCAA Calendar Project - creation of a shared, web-based arts event submission and extraction process.  Throughout 2009 she will continue work on the BCAA Multicultural Competency and Inclusiveness Initiative funded by the Boulder Arts Commission.  Charlotte also volunteers in an administrative capacity and on a project basis for a national nonprofit organization. When a compelling opportunity presents itself, Charlotte is a curator and an installation artist.
